These terms apply to purchases from JBGNovelties at jbgnovelties.com. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. We operate online only and currently ship to United States destinations available at checkout.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be processed, an item is unavailable, or there is a material listing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the canceled items and applicable charges through the original payment method. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout displays applicable shipping and taxes before payment. Future price changes do not change the price of an accepted order.

Printed-to-order products

Our shirts are printed after purchase using Printify and its production partners. Review the size chart, size, color and delivery address carefully. Screen settings and printing can cause color variation; this does not remove your right to report an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

For corrections or cancellations, email support@jbgnovelties.com immediately. We will check production status; changes may no longer be possible after production begins. Our Refund Policy explains defects, cancellations and correctly supplied items ordered in the wrong size or color.

Production and delivery

Production and transit are separate stages. Our Shipping Policy explains estimates. Stock availability, holidays and carrier delays can affect them. Contact us about overdue orders or incorrect tracking. We will communicate material delays and provide cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Store content and use

Artwork, photographs, logos and written content belong to JBGNovelties or their respective rights holders. Buying a shirt does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork commercially. Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorized account access, malicious software, interference with its operation or infringement of others' rights. Nothing here restricts lawful reviews or rights provided by law.

Privacy, updates and contact

Shopify hosts this store. We use fulfillment and payment providers to complete purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support@jbgnovelties.com with order questions or concerns about these terms.

Shopify enhanced services and privacy choices

Shopify hosts our store and processes information when you visit and make purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, including services based on your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. We share information with Shopify and other service providers, which may be located in other countries, to provide these services.
