JBGNovelties Returns and Refunds

Each shirt is printed after you order it.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

Email support@jbgnovelties.com promptly, within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos showing the item and issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed production error or damaged item. Contact us before sending anything back; a physical return is generally unnecessary for an approved manufacturing claim.

Size, color, and change of mind

We do not offer returns or exchanges when an item was supplied correctly but you selected the wrong size or color, or changed your mind. Compare the product measurements with a shirt you own before ordering. This policy does not limit rights that apply by law.

Cancellations and corrections

Contact us immediately. We will check whether your order can still be changed or canceled. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Missing packages and address problems

Contact us promptly if an order is overdue, tracking appears incorrect, or an address needs correction. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If an incorrect address you supplied causes delivery to fail, replacement charges may apply; we will explain any cost before arranging another shipment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
