Information and its uses

When you order or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email, billing and delivery address, phone number if provided, order details, and support messages or photographs. We use it to process orders, arrange production and delivery, handle customer service and refunds, maintain business records and prevent fraud. Payment information is processed through the payment service selected at checkout; information available to us can include payment status and transaction references.

The storefront and connected services also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, and purchase activity. This supports store operation, security, analytics and marketing measurement. If you subscribe to product news, we use the contact information supplied for that purpose. A purchase alone is not a request for promotional email.

You can request removal from promotional email by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option included in a message. Necessary order and service messages are separate. Your browser lets you manage or delete cookies; disabling cookies can affect store features. Retention and updates

Our Shopify privacy controls recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal in the United States. GPC is different from the older Do Not Track setting; we do not use the older Do Not Track signal as a separate consent mechanism.
